Our services last just over an hour and consist of singing, bible reading, prayer and a sermon. When you arrive the Welcome Team will give you a News-Sheet which includes an explanation of the ‘order of service’ and up-to-date news items. A member of the Welcome Team will be happy to guide you to a seat and deal with any queries.
Style of Worship
Our worship is God-centred and gospel driven. We sing the songs of the Bible (called Psalms) which are led by one singer who sets the pitch and tempo. We also sing contemporary and traditional Hymns which are accompanied by musical instruments.
A crèche is available during the morning service for babies and toddlers who may not be able to stay in church for the whole service. We have a selection of toys and books and a rota of volunteers to look after the children so that parents can return to the service. All crèche volunteers are PVG checked.
Sunday School & Bible Explorers
Sunday School classes and Bible Explorers meet on Sunday mornings, commencing prior to the Sermon. We have Sunday School classes to suit all primary school (P1 – P7) children and follow a structured teaching plan. For secondary school (S1 – S3) youngsters we have ‘Bible Explorers’ which meets during term time, to enjoy fellowship and exploring the bible together. We warmly invite visiting children to join our young folk.
Tea & Coffee
Tea and coffee is served after the services – in the foyer. Please stay behind and get to know us – we are looking forward to meeting visitors and welcoming more folk from our own community.
A Prayer Team meets at the front of church after each morning service offering a listening ear and prayer support to members and visitors alik
