Prayer

We hold weekly meetings specifically for prayer and Bible study.

"Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God".
Philippians 4: 6

“And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.”
Ephesians 6:18

“I urge, then, first of all that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone—for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.”
1 Timothy 2: 1–2

"Prayer is an offering up of our desires unto God, for things agreeable to his will, in the name of Christ, with confession of our sins, and thankful acknowledgment of his mercies."
Westminster Shorter Catechism
