Team Ministry

In June 2019 the Church set up a structure of Team Ministry comprising four different teams in Worship, Mission, Pastoral and Communication. Each team focuses on separate aspects of Ministry with each having a small number in the congregation with responsibility for taking these matters forward.

Team Ministry is a purposeful and flexible way of aligning our people to what we need to achieve within our congregation and communities. It has the potential to further build fellowship and discipleship.

Team members have particular tasks, whether major or minor in scope, and learn to encourage others along in order to accomplish these tasks and in so doing also learn to lead. Part of the success of this type of Team Ministry is having the majority of the congregation involved in different ways.

Each team meets monthly and report directly to the Deacons Court and Kirk Session.
